The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has expressed 'serious concern' and sought access to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant after Russia accused Ukrainian forces of a drone attack. Ukraine has denied the accusation, while Russia's state nuclear energy company Rosatom confirmed a drone strike.
